Nanoindustry Development 

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, addressing a meeting on the development of the nanoindustry, has called for the promotion of further development of the industry, calling the government’s decision to inject huge funding into new technologies ‘the most appropriate choice.’

“Our objectives in this sphere remain serious: the achievement of leading positions in this new scientific direction, creation of the most advanced products and exit onto the global market. The current economic problems are not excuses to back down from these objectives, but quite the contrary, they should force us to work even more actively, if we really want to fully diversify our economy.”
