ICR Partners with Presidium Communications to extend IR Services to Russia
Presidium Communications, a Moscow-based, consulting agency, has signed a partnership agreement with ICR LLC, a leading U.S.-based strategic financial communications consulting firm, which will enable the two firms to combine efforts in providing global investor relations services to Russian companies that are public or seeking to list on stock exchanges.
Established in 1998, ICR represents more than 200, primarily publicly-listed companies and maintains offices in Westport, Conn., New York, Los Angeles, Boston and Beijing. ICR is one of the industry’s fastest growing consultancies and is consistently listed among the nation’s top independent communications consulting firms. Founded in 2006 in Moscow, Presidium Communications is a leading Russian consulting agency providing investor relations, public relations and government relations services to public traded and private companies in Russia and CIS.
