Global property adviser Cushman & Wakefield gets a new CEO for Russia

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the global property adviser, has appointed Tim Millard as the new CEO for its Moscow office, effective from Jan. 1, 2010.  The CEO designate, who has worked at C&W Russia since 2003, will succeed Mark Stiles, the co-founder along with Sergey Riabokobylko of Stiles & Riabokobylko firm, which was acquired by C&W in 2005.

Commenting on the appointment, Paul Bacon, C&W CEO in EMEA, noted that Millard is ideally positioned to run the company’s Russian business. “Tim’s in-depth experience and understanding of the Russian market and our own operations in Moscow put him in an ideal position to lead our business successfully and provide the highest level of service to our clients.” From his side, Stiles noted that the choice of Millard as the new CEO will help ensure the continuation of an already highly successful business well into the future.
