Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow hires a new executive chef

Renowned Chef


Guillaume Joly has been appointed executive chef of Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow. Joly has over 20 years of experience in gastronomic restaurants with internationally renowned French chefs. He first joined Hyatt International in December 1998 at Hyatt Regency Paris Madeleine as executive chef, where he worked till January 2001.


However, he left the chain from April 2005 till January 2008 for Holiday Inn Lesnaya and Hotel Holiday Inn Sushevsky, where he also worked in the same capacity. In March 2008, he rejoined Hyatt for the opening of Hyatt Regency Yekaterinburg as executive chef. “The management of Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow is pleased to welcome Joly to its team,” the Moscow-based five-star hotel said in an official statement.
