Elena Baturina’s Inteko opens an upscale hotel-and-residential complex in Peterhof

Peterhof in Peterhof 

Inteko, the industrial holding belonging to Elena Baturina, the billionaire spouse of the Moscow influential mayor, has opened an elegant real-estate development complex, comprising a four-star hotel and elite apartments building, in the Peterhof Palace Park. The useful area of the hotel spanning over a hectare plot totals 13,000sqm.

The hotel branded, ‘The New Peterhof,’ comprises six, three-floor corpuses with an aggregated stock of 150 rooms. It has all the modern conveniences, including conference halls, a fitness center, SPA-salon, restaurants and an underground parking facility for 36 vehicles. According to Inteko, the block of elite apartments in the complex is called Ratusha.
