Presentation of new company NIKA’s brand logotype

The founders of jewelry watches and accessories manufacturing company NIKA at the sidelines of Junwex Moscow-2010, the biggest jewelry goods exhibition in Russia, presented the company’s new trademark to the public. The new logo embodies leadership, beauty, traditions and innovation of the company’s brand.

According to the company management, the idea behind the changes in the company’s trademark reflects the maturity of the company, which celebrates its seventh foundation anniversary this year with excellent results. “Today’s NIKA comprises Watch Factory, Trading House, which has over 7,000 shops across Russia, several monobrand boutiques in Moscow and over 80 service centers,” NIKA CEO Georgy Mordekhashvili said. “The positive sales dynamics and recognition by the experts in the industry are testimonies to the company’s stable market position and huge potential.” Watch Factory CEO Tengiz Sanikidze highlighted the company’s unique watch production technologies and the secrets behind the brand’s overall success. “This resulted from our unique technologies, innovative production, effective marketing strategies and ambitious plans for the future.”

The rebranding of trademark is to highlight the company’s success over the past seven years and its plans to conquer new business horizons on the domestic and international markets. The implementation of such a capital-intensive project, such as rebranding, especially in today’s crisis time, only serves to underscore the seriousness and the grandiose ambitions of the company management and its financial capabilities.

Indeed, it seems the economic downturn had little or no effect on the company, thanks to a series of proactive anti-crisis measures, such as effective optimization of production processes, expansion of sales system and range of products, including launching products made from silver.  “All these anti-crisis measures did not only enable us to weather through the worst stage of the economic meltdown unscathed, but also made it possible for us to launch the promotion of our brand both on the domestic and international markets,” NIKA Trading House CEO Alexei Bogdanov said.
