This summer, Alitalia adopted a new policy aimed at boosting its passengers’ comfort. In this regard, passengers — who between now and September 30, 2011 will buy economy class tickets, valid for flights till December 31, for any destination — can purchase a voucher for the privilege to rest in the Business Lounges at the ‘Terminal D’ of the Sheremetyevo Airport and Pulkovo-2 Airport while waiting for their flight take-offs. In addition, all passengers — who between now and August 31, 2011 will buy tickets, valid for flights till October 31, on Alitalia flights to Milan or Turin — will be given a special voucher for a free train shuttle to the Sheremetyevo Airport and back, for those with to-and-fro tickets. The shuttle will be in Aeroexpress trains that have increased level of comfort.
