Party’s Resourcefulness 

Sergei Mironov, the leader of Just Party, has said his party knows where to get additional 10trln rubles to the budget. “Our party's program will show how the state can generate more money. One is the introduction of a progressive income tax rate for wealthy Russians. Other sources include imposing a state monopoly on alcohol production, collection of ‘rents’ from natural resources and revision of privatization,” he said. “If we go back to privatization, find market prices used in selling state assets and the actual prices paid for them. There will be a difference, and this should be paid by the assets owners.”
