Russlavbank, the operator of the system Contact and the Russian Standard Bank in February started a new payment service that enables private clients to repay their loans and replenish bank accounts in a real time regime.
“This joint project with the Russian Standard Bank will significantly enhance customer’s ability to service their loans and manage their accounts. Its beauty is the convenience of getting all services in one office within a walking distance from home or places of work,” Raisa Nazmutdinova, the Russlavbank’s vice president and director of Contact’s Development and Product Management System, said. “Now Russian Standard Bank’s customers have an additional remote channel to repay their loans and replenish their bank accounts in Contact’s over 10,000 outlets in Russia and other CIS states.”
