St. Petersburg’s Talion Hotel to undergo pre-sale preparation under Marriott management

Capitalization Boost

Alexander Ebralidze, the president and co-owner of the St. Petersburg-based Talion Imperial Hotel, plans to ask Marriott to help manage his prime asset.

This step, according to experts, will help the owner, who has placed the hotel on sale, to profitably sell it, since such a move will significantly increase its market value in the eyes of potential buyers.

The hotel has 89 rooms, 49 of which are standard, while the rest belong to rooms of increased comfort. In February, it was reported that negotiations were going on between Ebralidze and Marriott on the asset’s management, but there has been no announcement on the outcome.
