Russia’s largest real-estate developers to discuss state’s support for the construction sector and other issues in April

The owners and CEOs of top Russian real-estate developers, including Morton Urban Group, Glavstroi Development, Granel and 20 other largest construction firms will gather on 19 April at the XV Annual Analytic Business Conference, “What? Where? Where? on the Russian Real-Estate Market.” 

The conference is being organized by the Moscow Business Club. The conference delegates amongst other issues plan to discuss the Moscow City and Moscow Region Governments’ pledged support for the local real-estate construction sector, details of prolongation of the government’s mortgage subsidization policy, the perspectives of new real-estate development projects with the beginning of 2016 sales.

Top sector analysts will present sales data and analyses of all the segments of the Russian real-estate market for 1Q2016 and their market forecasts for the summer and autumn of 2016

The forum’s third session will be dedicated to new business promotion technologies, assessment of the effectiveness of advertisement, digital marketing and social media.
