Chechnya President Ramzan Kadyrov has expressed satisfaction over his meetings with the Russian leadership last month, where he was reassured of the Kremlin’s readiness to continue to bankroll the previously scheduled reconstruction of the war-torn republic, despite the global crisis. 

“It is very important for us to receive such support, because the businesses will now see that the reconstruction of our republic remains one of the key priorities of the Russian government. This will give an additional impulse to the inflow of investments, including foreign ones, into the development of our republic.”
