What will happen on the Russian real estate market in 2015? What tactics and strategies will real-estate developers and realtors adopt to address the staggering challenges?
These and many other important issues will be discussed by top real estate market executives and experts at a round table, titled, "View from above: the new reality of Russian the real-estate market,”, which will take place on September 29, 2015 on the Heliport Moscow premises.
The annual event is taking place for the sixth time and traditionally brings together the heads of the largest companies on the Russian real-estate market. The upcoming discussions will touch upon issues that are of huge interest to many people: Some of the topics include how to operate on the real estate following the amendments to the Federal Law 214; the execution of new real-estate development projects in new Moscow districts and Moscow Region and what to expect and be afraid of in 2015-16 amongst others.
Other topics include the future of the Russian real-estate industry, the impacts of the revoke of future homeowners’ co-funding of construction projects in Russia and the inevitable consequent hikes in the cost of a square meter of housing and many others.
Participating in the discussion will be leading Russian real-estate market experts, including top executives of real-estate firms, including NDV-Real Estate; HALS-Development, Knight Frank, NAI Becar; Leader, Magistrate, KROST and others.
The official deliberations will be followed by entertainments, including buffet, and, of course, spectacular flights in helicopter. The event is being organized by the Moscow Business Club.
