The Renaissance Moscow Monarch Center hotel was among the laureates at the official ceremony dedicated to the presentation of the CRE Moscow Awards-2011, one of the central events on the Moscow commercial real estate market, winning the Golden Brick Award in the Hotel Real Estate Properties nomination. “This hotel, opened in 2010, judging from the ratio of invested capital and revenues, which it can generate, is a ‘win-win’ project for the investors,” Marina Usenko, Jones Lang LaSalle executive vice president, who was a jury member, said.

From his part, the hotel general manager, Anthony Fardon, noted the location of the property in a multipurpose complex, “which is the best business model.”
