Mobile Firms Incorporation 

Russian Federal Tax Service (FTS) Director Mikhail Mishustin said an online service allowing companies to be incorporated via the Internet using mobile devices would be launched this autumn in accordance with the prime minister’s order.

Already, companies can be registered via the Internet. This service became available to all taxpayers in May 2012 and for entrepreneurs in Moscow since May 2011, he added. “Currently, company registration documents can be submitted via the FTS if the applicant has an electronic digital signature.”
