Resetting old and turbulent relationships
Russia and the United States, after a protracted stalemate on bi- and multilateral negotiations on key geopolitical issues that have become serious threats to contemporary global security, effective management of conflicts of regional and global importance, such as the Middle East, Afghanistan, NATO expansion, etc., have once again decided to work together via ‘resetting’ their turbulent relations, which hold the keys to finding lasting solutions to most global problems.
